How We Work
When it comes to making music, there are a lot of ways to go about building a track. Plenty of the content coming out of Sycamore Cabin is exclusively produced at the cabin property. We also frequently combine multi-track recording and “in the box” recording. This process is great for bands that want more of a live analog in-studio sound but want to take their time on overdubs without overspending. Check out both of our production reels to hear side by side comparisons of each approach.
Production Reel #1 (Cabin Only)
We are equipped with everything needed to make a great sounding recording “in the box.” We use a mixture of high quality analogue gear, plugins, and programming with sample libraries to bring a vision to life.
Production Reel #2 (Cabin + Tracking Studio)
So much can be accomplished “in the box.” However, sometimes a project needs more. We have working relationships with a number of studios in Nashville in the event a project needs full band multi-tracking. We then handle overdubs at the cabin where the together.
